  2. Power Apps subscription: You must have a Power Apps subscription that includes the ability to connect to the Microsoft Graph API.

  3. Microsoft Graph API permission: You must have permission to call the Microsoft Graph API. Depending on your setup, you may need to be an administrator or have specific permissions assigned to you.

  4. Power Apps license: You must have a Power Apps license that includes the ability to connect to and call external APIs, such as the Microsoft Graph API.

  5. Microsoft Graph API access token: You must have an access token to be able to call the Microsoft Graph API from Power Apps. The access token can be obtained using the "Get Access Token" action from the Microsoft Graph API connection in your Power App.

  6. Power Apps knowledge: You should have some knowledge of Power Apps, including how to create an app, connect to external APIs, and make REST API calls.

Creating a mailbox from Power Apps involves using the Microsoft Graph API.

Here are the general steps to create a mailbox from Power Apps:

  1. Create a Power App: You can create a new Power App by logging in to Power Apps and clicking on "Create an app".

  2. Connect to the Microsoft Graph API: In the Power App, click on "Connections" and then "New connection". Search for "Microsoft Graph" and select the API to connect to your Power App.

  3. Obtain a Microsoft Graph API access token: You need an access token to be able to call the Microsoft Graph API. To obtain an access token, you can use the "Get Access Token" action from the Microsoft Graph API connection in your Power App.

  4. Call the Microsoft Graph API: You can use the "HTTP" action in Power Apps to make a REST API call to the Microsoft Graph API. The API endpoint for creating a mailbox is:

POST https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/users Content-Type: application/json { "accountEnabled": true, "mailNickname": "mailbox", "userPrincipalName": "mailbox@yourdomain.com", "displayName": "Mailbox", "usageLocation": "US" }

  1. Verify the mailbox: Once the mailbox has been created, you can verify that it has been created successfully by logging in to the Exchange Admin Center or by calling the Microsoft Graph API to retrieve the mailbox details.

Note that you need to have the necessary permissions to create a mailbox in your Microsoft 365 tenant. You may need to work with your Microsoft 365 administrator to ensure that you have the right permissions.
