To add a user to a set of teams and all channels in those teams from PowerShell, you can use the Microsoft Teams PowerShell module. Here's an example script that you can modify to suit your needs:

# Import the Microsoft Teams PowerShell module

Import-Module MicrosoftTeams

# Set variables for the user and teams

$user = "user@contoso.com"

$teams = "Team1", "Team2", "Team3"

# Connect to Microsoft Teams using your admin credentials

Connect-MicrosoftTeams

# Loop through each team and add the user to all channels

foreach ($team in $teams) {

    # Get the team object

    $teamObject = Get-Team -DisplayName $team

    # Add the user to the team

    Add-TeamUser -GroupId $teamObject.GroupId -User $user

    # Get all the channels in the team

    $channels = Get-TeamChannel -GroupId $teamObject.GroupId

    # Loop through each channel and add the user

    foreach ($channel in $channels) {

        Add-TeamChannelUser -GroupId $teamObject.GroupId -DisplayName $channel.DisplayName -User $user

    }

}

# Disconnect from Microsoft Teams
